Four Engagements. Each One Complete.

None of them is a funnel for the other. The Diagnostic is not a teaser for the Blueprint. The Blueprint is not a trial for the Architecture. Each engagement produces a written document and closes.

The starting point for every engagement is the intake form. Submissions are reviewed personally by Bruce Eickelman. If the engagement is a fit, you will receive a response within 4 working days.

Engagement 01

The Structural Diagnostic

One conversation. One written report. Delivered within 4 working days. Not sooner.

The Structural Diagnostic produces a written Presenting Condition Assessment. It names what is structurally wrong, identifies the fault producing it, and quantifies the annual cost of continued inaction. It is written to the same standard as the full Blueprint.

It is not a teaser. A client who implements the Diagnostic’s findings and never returns has still received a complete piece of work. That is the standard it is written to.

The fee is credited in full against The Blueprint if you proceed within 30 days.

The Blueprint

Five structured working sessions over 30 days. Seven physical wire-bound documents. Each session has a specific output. If a session produces no document, it didn’t happen.

The documents are yours permanently. They do not expire. Clients return to them six and twelve months after delivery because the structural logic they contain does not change.

Engagement 03

The Architecture

Full structural correction over 90 days. All seven Blueprint artifacts plus the Decision Sequence Map — a complete operating architecture for a business that needs more than a single decision resolved.

The Architecture is for founders whose structural problem is systemic rather than isolated. Multiple deferred decisions. Congested authority across the organisation. A succession or transition that requires the entire operating model to be rebuilt, not patched.

Every session is conducted personally by Bruce Eickelman.

The Succession Intensive

For ownership transition, leadership succession, and exit preparation. 120 days. Nine physical documents including four separate Decision Briefs and the Decision Sequence Map.

The Succession Intensive is for founders who are preparing to exit, transition ownership, or hand operational control to a successor — and who understand that the structural work required to make that transition clean cannot be done in a single session or a weekend retreat.

The $14T succession wave currently moving through Australian and US small-to-medium business is the largest structural challenge most founders will face. This engagement is designed for that specific context.

Bespoke Engagement

Your Situation Doesn’t Fit One of the Four?

Every structural problem is different. If the standard engagements don’t map cleanly to your situation — intersecting faults, an unusual succession structure, a partnership dispute, or a scope that sits between two engagements — this practice accepts a small number of bespoke arrangements each year.

The starting point is a conversation. After that, a short written questionnaire is issued to gather the specifics. From there, a custom scope and fee are proposed in writing. Nothing is open-ended. Every bespoke engagement closes on the same standard as the four above.

The intake form is the first step.

Every submission is reviewed personally by Bruce Eickelman. If the engagement is a fit, you will receive a response within 4 working days. If it is not, you will be told that too.
