Investment
Every engagement is fixed price. There are no retainers, no open-ended arrangements, and no fees charged for time alone. You pay for a specific output, produced to a specific standard, within a defined period. The engagement closes when the documents are delivered.

All fees are in Australian dollars and exclusive of GST. Each engagement is fixed price — the fee does not increase with complexity or session overruns. Payment terms are confirmed at the time of engagement.
The Deliverables
Every engagement produces physical wire-bound documents. Not slide decks. Not summaries. Not notes from the session. Documents written independently by the architect, designed to hold up under pressure, and produced to be used — not filed.
The documents are yours permanently. They do not expire. Clients return to them six and twelve months after delivery because the structural logic they contain does not change with the market or the calendar.
Decision Brief
The deferred decision named, structured, and signed. Closed for 12 months unless a pre-agreed trigger fires.
