When you submit an engagement inquiry through this website, we collect the following personal information:
We do not collect payment information through this website. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes beyond standard web hosting analytics.
The engagement inquiry form is the first diagnostic instrument in the engagement process. The information you provide is collected for one purpose: to allow Bruce Eickelman to assess whether a structural engagement is appropriate for your situation, and to respond to you directly within 4 working days.
We do not collect personal information for marketing purposes. We do not add you to mailing lists without your explicit consent. We do not use your information to contact you for any purpose unrelated to the engagement you have inquired about.
Intake submissions are read personally by Bruce Eickelman. They are not processed by a team, not routed through an automated scoring system, and not shared with any other person for the purpose of assessing your inquiry.
Your contact details are added to our Brevo CRM platform so that Bruce can respond to you and, if an engagement proceeds, maintain records of the engagement. This record is retained for the duration of any engagement and for a period of two years following the conclusion of that engagement or the inquiry, whichever is later.
We use the following third-party platforms in the course of operating this practice:
We do not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to any other third party. We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond the engagement inquiry process described above.
This website is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted securely. Intake data is stored within Brevo’s secure platform and accessed only by Bruce Eickelman. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access.
If you prefer to transmit sensitive business information outside of the web form, you may contact Bruce directly at info@12xclarity.com.au to arrange an alternative approach, including the execution of a mutual NDA prior to any information sharing. See our Confidentiality Terms for more detail.
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@12xclarity.com.au. We will respond within 5 working days.
If you believe we have not handled your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and you are not satisfied with our response to your concern, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
