Your Information Is Protected.

The intake form asks for the most sensitive information a founder holds. That is by design — the quality of the assessment depends on the accuracy of what you share. This page explains how that information is treated and what protection is available before you share anything.

The Commitment

Everything shared in the engagement inquiry form — your operating condition, deferred decisions, business structure, revenue, and any other information you provide — is treated as strictly confidential.

Your intake submission is read personally by Bruce Eickelman and no one else. It is not shared with business partners, contractors, associates, or any other party. It is not used for any purpose other than assessing whether a structural engagement is appropriate for your situation.

If the engagement is not a fit, your information is not retained for any commercial purpose. If you request deletion, it will be actioned within 5 working days.

During an Engagement

All information shared during a Structural Diagnostic, Blueprint, Architecture, or Succession Intensive engagement is subject to the same confidentiality commitment. Sessions are not recorded without explicit consent. Working documents produced during the engagement are yours. They are not shared, referenced in case studies, or used in any other context without your written permission.

This practice does not produce anonymised client case studies, testimonials, or marketing content from client work without the client’s explicit written consent. Your situation is not someone else’s content.

Mutual NDA — Available Before You Submit

If you would prefer to have a formal mutual non-disclosure agreement in place before submitting the intake form or before any substantive conversation, that can be arranged.

Contact Bruce directly at info@12xclarity.com.au with the subject line “NDA request”. A mutual NDA will be issued within one working day for your review and signature. Once both parties have executed the agreement, you can proceed with the intake form or conversation with full contractual confidentiality in place.

This option exists for founders who operate in sensitive industries, who are dealing with matters that carry legal or regulatory implications, or who simply prefer a formal instrument before sharing anything. It is not a barrier. It is a professional accommodation.

What Is Mutual

Confidentiality in this practice runs both ways. The methodology, frameworks, working documents, and intellectual property of 12X Decision Architecture — including but not limited to the Structural Diagnostic process, Blueprint structure, Decision Brief format, Constraint Ledger, Safeguard Protocol, and Decision Sequence Map — remain the intellectual property of Bruce Eickelman and 12X Decision Architecture.

Clients receive the physical documents produced in their engagement and have full right to use and act on them within their own business. They do not carry a licence to reproduce, distribute, or commercially use the methodology or framework structures.
